Our vision is a world where women and girls are empowered , better placed and respected.
Our Mission Statement
Our Mission statement is that “Poor and uneducated Women make a difference when Empowered through education and provision”.
Victorious women charity foundation have six core values that guide and determine our actions. Each value is what we live and work with everyday.
We are Christian
We follow Christian values and based our ethos on the bible. A particular verse we look up to is James 1: 27 “ Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress …….”
We are committed to the wellbeing and empowerment of Women and children in the community
We are committed to making a positive change in the lives of women and children. We believe that every person is created equal and entitled to freedom, justice, peace and opportunity. The challenge is to empower women and children through education and small loans to better their lives and get them out of the poverty trap and vulnerability. We do this by collaborating with other agencies and partners in the community in order to provide a productive outcome.
We are committed to EQUALITY
Good Stewardship and Integrity
We work on the basis of integrity and good stewardship towards our community and stakeholders to maintain a relationship of trust. We conduct business in a way that is honest, transparent, ethical and honourable initiatives. We will provide a good return on any resources given to us.
Our main goal is to accomplish our mission. We maintain a good standard in everything we do. Our staff will be fully trained. Our organisation’s management are full qualified in management and International development bringing in their expertise into the organisation.
